They say the light of a single candle will chase out the darkness. Sometimes there’s a lot of darkness for a single small candle… But the light is there. The color is there. The joy is there.  It waits patiently for the pain and the darkness to shred under its power. Mr. Rogers used to say “Look for the helpers.” Look for the color and the light and the joy. They are there, waiting for you.
